Delivery
- In case of an error in the shipping address or the prolonged non-availability of the receiver, FloraZoom.com cannot be held responsible for late or impossible delivery.
- FloraZoom.com guarantees, except in cases of major force1, the orders placed on its site, once the bill has been acquitted by the customer.
- In case of a false shipping address, a 10.00$ fee will be billed.
- If the delivery has not been made 5 (five) hours after the delay expected by the customer, for a reason other than major force, the customer may ask the change of that delay or simply cancel the order. The total price of the order will be return to the customer2.
- Once the order has been shipped, modification, cancellation or refund of the order is not possible.
- FloraZoom.com will confirm the delivery by electronic mail.
1 A major force includes, but is not limited to:
fire, riot, strike, accident and snow storm. Exceeding delivery delays in one of these cases cannot give reason to damages. FloraZoom.com will keep its customers informed of the cases listed above. If a delivery is late due to one of these cases, the customer will accept a longer delay for the delivery.
2 The customer may not ask for indemnity or damages.
Claims
Complaints or objections will always be treated in the briefest delays. Do not forget to communicate to us your order number that can be found on the receipt that we send to you by electronic mail.
